Is it really a one-time purchase?
Yes. Paid templates are bought once through Etsy. There is no subscription, and no account is needed with us.
When will the templates be ready?
We are building and testing them now. Finished templates will appear on this page, so check back soon.
Can I get a refund?
Because templates are digital downloads, refunds follow Etsy's policy for digital items. If something is not working, email [email protected] and we will help.
